Subcommittee Services

Members can begin being of service to Narcotics Anonymous in a variety of ways. One way is by attending one of our Subcommittee meetings.

Our Subcommittees meet the third Sunday of the month at 12:00 PM at 730 Middle Tennessee Blvd Unit 10 Murfreesboro, TN 37130.

Listed below are our active Subcommittees and a brief description of each one.

The purpose of Public Relations is to community to let them know who we are, what we do, and where they can find us. They also try to build relationships with people or organizations who come in contact with addicts and give them information about the NA program.

The purpose of an H&I meeting is to carry the NA message of recovery to addicts who do not have full access to regular
Narcotics Anonymous meetings. H & I meetings/presentations, except for those in longer-term facilities, are intended to simply introduce those attending to some of the basics of the NA program.”

The purpose of the Activities Subcommittee is to help build and strengthen relationships outside of meetings. By practicing unity and
other spiritual principles, we come together to host events that promote fun and entertainment while practicing
social skills, an essential part of every member’s recovery, especially the newcomer. This creates an opportunity for
our family members to get involved with our community and feel connected with this fellowship.

The purpose of Outreach is to  attend smaller groups in our geographical area of service. By visiting and supporting these groups, we attempt to help them feel connected to NA as a whole.
